July 21, 2009 - A yearly tradition is the military parade on the Belgian National day. Together with this event the squadrons of the Belgian Air Component organise a family day to have family and friends joining in on the every day life of the pilots and all other crew members.
After the F-16s had left for the military parade, Mitch performed before the numerous family members and friends. After his display he immediately flew to Beauvechain AB to attend the open house there. Flying together with the F-16s who flew for the military parade in Brussels a little earlier, the visitors could witness some formation flying. Fortunately the weather was not all that bad - as happens in numerous occasions on this day. |

June 26-27, 2009 - A busy weekend for the team as two airshows had to be attended. Both Reims, France as Zeltweg, Austria had the honour of receiving the Belgian F-16 Solo Display Team. No effort was spared to get the team flying on both bases. The good neighborship between the Dutch and Belgian teams as well as the cross-servicing proved to be a very valuable asset in such events.
